CANCELLATION POLICY

Our schedule is made in advance to ensure that everyone receives their services in a time fame best suited for their needs. If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid being charged for your cancelled service.

How the timer works:

The Timer begins counting down when we get to your front door, for walks this means that the time it takes to get your dogs leash, collars, coats etc. on and off is part of their walk duration.

Late Payment Policy

Payment is due every Friday by 8pm

a Late payment fee’s will be applied per day (up to 48 hours) if payment is not received by Friday by 8pm after services have been rendered. Services will be suspended if until payment is received in full.

For payments made in advance, No services will be provided until payment is received, late payment may result in the loss of your time slot.

Monthly payments are due in Full by the 1st of each month.

SERVICE CHANGES

If you need to add on additional services or extend a current scheduled service, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. We cannot promise that we will be able to make last minute changes

Inclement Weather

We walk Rain or Shine. During extreme weather (Extreme Heat/Cold, Thunderstorms, or Snowstorms)

we may contact you to alter or reschedule your services. You will not be charged for cancelled services.

During extreme weather, priority will be given to those that have booked In-home visits that require feeding, medication and potty breaks

If you have prepaid, the amount will be credited to your next invoice

This will only be done in weather that is dangerous for us or your pets.

Credit/Debit Card Payments

We accept Credit & Debit payments through our app only.

There will be an added 4% card processing fee added onto your Invoice. If you wish to pay by Cash or E-Transfer these fee’s will be removed
